We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

• Postage is paid by the customer
• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
• Fees may apply

At Toysfun we'd like you to know that we are here to help you if something goes wrong with a product that you purchase from us. In order to assist you to ensure everthing goes smoothly with your purchase and delivery, please be certain to:

1. As soon as your package arrives, check that the correct items have been sent to you. Whilst we have multiple checks as we prepare your shipment, unintentional human errors can occur and the best time to verify everything is perfect is as soon as you receive your delivery. Check the cartons carefully as parts or small items can cometimes move around and easily be caught inside packaging or void-fill.
2. Do not throw away any of the original packaging materials, such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags etc. until you are satisfied with your order. If a problem arises it is normally much easier to resolve if everything is together - there's nothing worse than contacting us regarding a missing part and learning that it is carefully protected inside the foam protector, on its way to land fill in your local municipality because it was accidentally disarded.
3. Carefully inspect all merchandise, taking care not to damage packaging.
