Please note that we deliver using ATL (Authority to Leave) as the default method. This means the courier may leave your parcel at your doorstep or a safe spot if no one is available at the time of delivery. This helps reduce missed deliveries and speeds up the process. If delivery fails due to access issues or unclear instructions and requires redelivery, reshipping fees may apply. No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Change of Mind Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage customers to review all product details and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
Of course, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’re more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Warranty
All our customers enjoy a 2-year limited hardware warranty on parts and lifetime warranty on frame, which includes:
Incomplete set of parts on delivery
Any defect(s) of parts during delivery
Significant defect(s) of mechanical part(s) such as hydraulics, recline mechanism, and tilt mechanism
For electric powered desk - malfunction in lifting motor
Please Note:
Contact us and providing us any relevant images or videos within 7 days from the date of defect. For new unit(s), please notify us before assembly. Once assembly is done, warranty will not be covered for physical damage(s). Any part(s) repaired or replaced will be covered for the remaining warranty period.
