If you receive a product which is not as originally ordered, please contact us on our Contact Form , with details of your original purchase, including order confirmation receipt. We will send you a Returns Authorisation form link and Australia Post return label. Please include your order number with the product upon return to us and follow our instructions from the email you receive from us for exchanging an item. We only offer refunds for issues that can not be resolved with a repair or exchange.

We do not offer exchange for a cheaper item with a partial refund. The item must be exchanged for an item of the same price. Please notify us of any discrepancies immediately upon arrival, to ensure the product is returned within a 14-day period from time of purchase, as shown on the order confirmation.
We do not exchange or provide credit for ‘change of mind’.
Important note: Only 'Authorised Retailers' have the rights to re-sell our products, if you are found to be a re-seller, we will reserve the right to cancel your order.
