I have bought 3 of these juices over the past 7 years, and I love them. I used the first one until it needed replacing (just wore it out). The second I bought for a friend and then my replacement. They are such great strong quality and don't take up much room. The BioChef are a great juicer if you are just getting into fruit and vegetable juicing.

Excellent juicer! Perfect for beetroot, apple and citrus, and I love that it mixes it beforehand for you! So quiet, efficient, and very easy to use and clean. Great purchase!

As we located in a regional area, please allow a little extra time for delivery. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. We will always do our best to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.
NSW: 1-4 days
QLD: 1-5 days
VIC & ACT: 2-4 days
SA: 4-7 days

We want you to be happy with your investment, so please contact us if for any reason you are not satisfied. In most cases we are able to work with our customers and give them the help and guidance they need to get the most out of their product.
If you would like to arrange a return for a product, please contact us prior to returning the product. We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Form (RAF). If an item is received back into our warehouse without this form it may be rejected and returned to sender.
If the item you received is damaged or faulty we may ask for photos to be sent through prior to the return; this helps us to quickly work towards the easiest solution and is also passed through to our dispatching/product development teams to improve our procedures and processes.
Please note the cost of shipping products back to our service centre for a warranty claim or return assessment are covered by the customer. Vitality 4 Life will cover the cost of sending out the repaired or replacement product to the customer once the warranty claim request has been resolved.
