Change of Mind Returns:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased from the website. This is due to the consumable nature of our products. However, if something you ordered arrives damaged, we will gladly replace this item for you.
If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
Warranty Claims:
We take care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim. Please make sure to include your order number, a photo of the damaged item, as well as your name and phone number should we need to contact you. All damaged items will be replaced for the same item only.

The product must be returned in the original packaging
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
