No change of mind returns accepted. For faulty items, or items damaged in the mail, we will replace the items if the claim was received within 14 days of the delivery date. Replacement items will be dispatched within 1 week of the finalised investigation.  Should the item be out of stock we will offer a similar or better item, store credit, or a refund - customers choice. We do not offer refunds or returns on parcels that arrive late due to the courier/mailing service. Any Parcels that do not arrive due to the mailing service will be replaced as soon as the investigation has been completed by the mailing service, or earlier if WitchyLashes deems that the parcel will not arrive. We always try and provide a positive outcome for our customers.
