Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What a great little lamp. Can be folded away when not in use. Gives me ample light when I'm at my computer at night. Charges my phone & any other rechargeable items I have. Would highly recommend.

Just really happy I have brought two of these lamps One for my grandson to have at his place.I use the other on my card table where I do my jigsaws Its so handy and because its light to lift I can move it around where I need it when doing my jigsaws .My grandson comes in for a visit and all he has to do is pop his phone on the top of the lamp to get charged ...no carrying charging cable from home
