A BETTER BAND FOR A BETTER STRETCH The PlumBand's continuous elastic loop is a premium grade natural rubber with the perfect resistance to increase your flexibility and range of motion, and strengthen key muscles in your legs, back, and arms. And it's so small and compact, you can take it with you in the included travel bag to use it anywhere: at home, at the studio, or on the go.

A SIZE FOR EVERY DANCER Only the PlumBand comes in two different sizes, so everyone from adults to children can find a size that works for them. The purple Regular size PlumBand is 228 cm in circumference and recommended for taller and older dancers who are 144 cm or more in height. The pink Small size PlumBand is 153 cm in circumference and recommended for petite and younger dancers who are 143 cm or less in height.

INSTRUCTIONS MOST DEFINITELY INCLUDED We've included a colourful, printed instruction booklet in the box to help you get started with stretch exercises designed for classical ballet and contemporary dance (but just as handy for gymnastics, synchronised swimming, cheer, and other performance sports that require a high degree of flexibility).
