The Body Coach® Paul Collins - Australias Personal Trainer™ guides you through his easy step-by-step coaching utilizing the Speed Ladder. The ladder is separated and placed strategically to enhance first step speed and reaction and angular acceleration and foot speed drills. The athlete learns to combine the speed of specific athletic movements with the foot speed control in using the speed ladder.
