The all-new Type-X(TM) PRO edition epitomizes our commitment to maximizing light output and reliability at levels that surpass the most respected players in the industry.
1.15KM BEAM THROW
Using the latest optic simulation modeling, the reflector geometry was tweaked over and over again to achieve a highly-functional beam pattern. No doubt the attention grabber is the unrelenting beam distance of 1.155km, however, the real strength of our Type-X(TM) PRO is in mid to long-range light distribution that really sets it apart. An astonishing beam throw coupled with a homogeneous wide beam will have you insist on driving only when the sun's down.
YOUR LIGHTS YOUR WAY.
Pink? Green? Blue? Orange? Grey or all Black? The choice is yours. They've designed the inner ring fasteners to be independent of the main sealing structure, allowing you to change the colour that best suits. Stedi included grey and orange in the kit to get you started, or if you prefer all black, simply don't fit any ring at all. The coloured filters and iconic STEDI smile covers are backward compatible too.

Forget folded steel brackets 3mm 4mm or 5mm it's all yesterday's news. Type-X(TM) PRO is all about pushing boundaries, the bracket system is a 10mm thick high-pressure die-cast aluminum marvel of engineering. Ribbed in all the right places to ensure no vibration and no prospect for fatigue. The Type-X(TM) PRO bracket was designed to withstand extreme and prolonged corrugations time and time again. True to STEDI's signature design principles they've added brushed stainless steel shoulder plates, which will look just as comfortable on a tricked out 70 series as it will be mounted to a PRO race buggy.

Don't confuse the Isolux and Lumens with the baseless numbers circulating around the internet. Stedi published specifications are comprehensively tested by a photometric laboratory.

Cutting edge performance starts with cutting edge LED technology. To achieve genuine category-leading performance our Type-X(TM) Pro is equipped with 37 x Oslon High-Flux LEDs, selected for having the #1 highest lumen density per mm2 of any other comparable LED on the market. Compared to the two other leading spotlights brands similar offerings, the LEDs used in Type-X(TM) PRO have + 23% and +42% higher lumen density per mm2 in comparison. The net result is higher net light volume and unrivaled beam throw.

The hard-coated optical grade lens shares the same DNA as ballistic glass making it virtually indestructible. A UV stabiliser has also been added to ensure the lenses truly withstand the test of time with no discolouring or UV degradation. This has allowed us to do away with any secondary lens covers or filters which are known to significantly reduce light transmission.

Stedi key focus was on driver confidence, by increasing the beam throw the driver has longer analysis time. They maximised driver comfort by smoothing out the beam eliminating shadows. They reduced the light wasted in unimportant zones like treetops and immediately in front of the vehicle. The result is a homogeneous, unrelenting beam that will support you well in any adventure. .
Unlike other competitors, each Type-X(TM) PRO lamp has 6 built-in flood reflectors for improved light distribution out into the road shoulders. The built-in wide-beam reflector eliminates the need to add any wide beam covers, which are not only less efficient at distributing light, covers also withhold valuable light transmission.

Returns and Change of Mind Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Warranty Statement:
RRGQ Pty Ltd T/a ROOF RACKS GALORE warrants that the goods will, under proper use, be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the date of installation or Delivery, whichever is later. This warranty is in addition to any non-excludable statutory warranty or guarantee that may be implied by law. For individual product warranty periods please refer to the product manufacturers website.
Where there is an alleged warranty issue, the Buyer must obtain the advice and approval of ROOF RACKS GALORE prior to carrying out any repairs. ROOF RACKS GALORE will, if it finds the goods to have a defect covered by this warranty, at its option, repair or replace the goods, or pay for the cost of the goods being repaired. The Buyer must, at its own cost and risk, once approved by ROOF RACKS GALORE, quarantine and hold the defective Product and, when instructed by ROOF RACKS GALORE, return, repair or destroy the Product.
Where the Buyer repairs or arranges for the repair of the Product after approval by ROOF RACKS GALORE to do so, the Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the goods meet ROOF RACKS GALORE compliance criteria and are safe and fit for purpose. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law these terms and conditions exclude all other conditions, guarantees, warranties, liabilities or representations in relation to the goods and/or services unless contained in a written warranty provided to the Buyer with the goods. Where legislation implies in these terms and conditions any condition or warranty that cannot be excluded or modified, to the extent permitted by law the liability of ROOF RACKS GALORE for a breach of any such condition or warranty is limited at ROOF RACKS GALORE option to any one or more of the following:
a.) In the case of goods:
replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods, by credit to the Buyer’s account, in cash or by cheque at ROOF RACKS GALORE discretion; or
repayment of any part of the purchase price of the goods which has been paid by the Buyer, by credit to the Buyer’s account, in cash or by cheque at ROOF RACKS GALORE discretion.
b).In the case of advice, recommendations, information or services, by supplying the advice recommendations, information or services again.
ROOF RACKS GALORE is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods and services, including (without limitation) any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of goodwill or increased cost of workings), arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods or services, even if due to the negligence of ROOF RACKS GALORE or any of its employees or agents. ROOF RACKS GALORE will not be liable for any act of war, strike, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or other act of natural cause beyond its reasonable control.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
