With a wide base its best used for cocktails such as rum and cola or as an everyday water or juice tumbler.The name Strahl is of German origin meaning shine or sparkle of light. The Strahl brand conveys the attributes of superior quality and products literally sparkle as they reflect the light.Strahl was first produced in 1991 in response to demand for high quality unbreakable beverageware. Strahls goal is to create a superior class of beverageware with the same stability and aesthetics as fine crystal. Strahl uses hightech manufacturing practices to mould thick heavy forms that are hand finished to produce the highest quality crystallike finish that is envied by our competitors.
