Warranty & Returns Policy
All products from BetterHome come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers part.
Please contact us to return the defective items for exchange during the warranty period. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) for each item that needs returning. We do not accept the returns without first requesting an RMA number.
The items should be returned with our original packaging. The defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement or exchange will be made. The buyers must contact us for the return address for all return products.
Only partial refund will be completed upon receipt of the returned item if the return is a result of buyer's error. We cannot offer free shipping for the buyers who placed the incorrect order. The buyers are responsible for all the actual shipping cost.
In all cases, the return shipping fees are at buyers own cost to return the items for the exchange or the refund. We are responsible for the postage of the replacements.

This product delivers as promised, I charged an old laptop (90 watts) via 240vac from flat and then ran for a few hours as well. I then charged my mobiles using Qualcomm 3.0 standard twice and it still had power in the bank. I live in Adelaide so I am expecting power failures this summer (thanks renewables) and this will help me online for work etc - unless it's state-wide again and the batteries in the mobile towers give up.

Impressed that it could easily power a digital piano and amplifier for an hour and a half and still showed 5 bars of power. Didn't work with all my amplifiers presumably because the modified sine wave AC output is too noisy but I found one that worked fine. Would be good if it came with more DC cables and adapters. I had to buy separate cable and adapter for my Casio piano. Delivery was quite quick to a Sydney address. Came already charged and ready to use.
