Background
Great grapes make great wines and therefore our vineyard is where we do much of our winemaking. The wines from this region can be described as having lovely mineral backbone, fresh clean crisp and zingy acidity. These characters when combined with riper fruit elements, has the potential to make fantastic wines. Our wine making and viticulture philosophy is based around the concept of ‘balance’ and when this is achieved the results speak for itself.
