The NVR can even communicate via the internet with your mobile phone and/or your tablet devices giving you real time live viewing. With the included 1TB Hard Disk Drive, you can record continuously to your NVR (Network Video Recorder - refer note below - More Help). Using the motion-detection feature (which is the factory default setting rather than continuous recording) you can ensure your cameras are operating optimally and not consuming wasted hard-drive space, motion detection record times can exceed weeks, even months depending on the activity around your premises. This System uses POE which is known as Power Over Ethernet, that means the Power and Video uses 1 cable to operate. A simple Cat5e or Cat6 Cable can be either custom made, or easily upgrade for longer distance or use the 30mtr supplied cable in the box.
