These clips are used to fit table tops to the supporting rail. Cut a 4mm slot (the same size as biscuit joiners) into the inside of the rail about 12mm from the top of the rail, insert one end of the clip into the slot & screw the clip to the underside of the table top.

 
The clips measure 34 x 19 x 2mm overall and have a 6mm hole to use large wood screws.
