Our Change of Mind policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received your item damaged or faulty, we can offer a refund or replacement for the number of items that are damaged/faulty.
Any products that have become damaged due to misuse by the consumer will not be covered.

Had my first glance at this today, and I think it will do the job just fine. I wanted a half decent kit to keep in the back of my vehicle, for those just-in-case moments, and the kit I had was just something I'd thrown together out of random tools I had excess to my home tool needs. From my quick assessment today, the tools felt decent enough to get me out of trouble if the need arises, and that's all one could ask for, and the case seems sturdy enough also.
