Shipping Details

We ship all orders via Australia Post or Star Track Express, with full tracking available to buyers.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days (before 2pm) from our Melbourne warehouse.

Delivery timeframe is appx. 2-5 business days depending on location within Australia.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We can accept a returned item if it is unopened and in a re-sellable condition.
Buyers must cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Change of Mind returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS
If an item is deemed faulty, WALKENS can arrange a replacement of the item, or facilitate a return lodgement with the supplier or manufacturer directly.

WALKENS or the supplier/manufacturer will cover return shipping costs for faulty items.
