  • We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast
  • RETURNS:
    • Please ensure to carefully check the address you have provided for your order as a fee of $24.95 will apply for re-shipping an item from Toy Universe if it is returned due to an incorrect address, decline to accept, or non-collection.
    • If your item is returned for the above reasons, and you do not wish to have it re-shipped, a $15 restocking fee, and the original shipment costs will be deducted from your credit.
    • If your item is taken to the Post Office for collection, and it is not picked up within the allocated 10 business days, a reshipment fee of $21.95 will apply to have it resent to you.
    • Please note that Toy Universe is unable to refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed.
  • WARRANTY:
    • If the product you receive is damaged, defective upon arrival or incorrect, Toy Universe will gladly replace the product and cover the return shipping costs given that the claim is made within a reasonable time after the item has been received.
