The ACKS (Black)

This ‘ACKS’ (Agile Chef’s Knife Set), pronounced ‘AXE’, is aimed at todays sophisticated agile chefs who are on the move, doing slipt shifts, expanding their culinary repertoire between restaurants and are sick of carrying a knife box, a knife wrap or a knife case.

The ACKS includes an Australian designed bespoke knife block, a knife for every occasion, including a chef’s steel, a carving fork, a 25cm carving knife, a 25cm bread knife, a 30cm chef’s knife, a 30cm Santoku knife, a 20cm boning knife, 30cm flexible fish knife and a 23.5cm utility knife.
