About Toyo-Sasaki Glass
Toyo Glass and Sasaki Glass were two of Japan's oldest and largest glassware manufacturing companies founded in1880s. Both companies witnessed the rise of Japan as a modern nation during the era of the Meiji Restoration, Japan's period of Enlightenment and the Industrial Revolution. TSG (Toyo-Sasaki Glass) was formed as a merger of two to combine their traditional craftsmanship, modern technology and process excellence to bring the best quality crystal glassware to every Japanese household and to the rest of the world.

Return policy:
For shoppers to have a peace of mind, we offer a 7 days return policy accepts exchange/refund request if the goods are of unacceptable quality (i.e. faulty); are damaged during transit; don't match product description; or don't do what our description said they would do. If you receive a parcel from us that meet any of the above conditions, we are very sorry, please let us know and we will do whatever we could to put a smile on your face.
Change of mind:
As long as we haven't sent off your order yet, we can refund your order for change of mind. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus $2 handling fee. Please send us an email to check if we have sent off your order yet. We will do our best to help. If we have sent off your order, you have 7 days period to return the product, you will have to bear return postage with a tracking number. Once we have received the product in its original and re-sellable condition, then you will be refunded the transaction amount minus $2 handling fee.
Warranty policy:
Depends on the product that you have bought. Applicable warranty period will be indicated on the product description. However, if you have any question about warranty, please let us know and we will our best to put a smile on your face.
