Safe use:
Place skewers in corresponding fittings in the support.
You may use it with the lid open or closed, but the performance with the lid open will not be as good as with the lid closed.
Close the lid every 30 minutes so the barbecue grill can re-heat, achieving the initial cooking temperature of around 300°C (572° F).
Avoid leaving your barbecue grill closed for a long time, as food fats might cause flames that will, in turn, easily burn the food.
Remove the drip tray every hour and clean it to prevent fat from building up, thus reducing the risk of fire.
When using skewers with the grill, keep them away from children, pets, and people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities. (*Skewers not included with the product).
The skewers support on your grill can be washed with a soft sponge, mild detergent and warm water. Rinse well with clean water and keep it dry.
It is necessary to clean the skewers after each use.
