Warranty Policy
Our goods come with warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Under the ACL, your rights commence from the date you purchase the Product and continue for a ‘reasonable period’ from that date. What is a ‘reasonable period’ will depend upon all the relevant circumstances including the price of the product, the uses to which it has been put and the nature of the Product.

I purchased two sets of these tumblers. One set for my caravan and one for my 4wd. They are the perfect size for a quick drink while hiking or just sitting relaxing. I remember the aluminium tumblers my Nana had, while these are not as thick they do keep my drinks cold and very drinkable. These tumblers, no matter, where you purchase them are not cheap but worth the money whether for children or adults.
