Shipping Details

All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).

- We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Once dispatched, delivery of your order may take between 1-10 business days to arrive at your designated address.

If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.

All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection.
