By simply registering your Travel Bag online, any damage caused to your gear during air travel is fully covered by UPPAbaby!
How it works
Prior to your departure, register both your gear and TravelBag online at https://uppababy.com/register/
Your Travel Bag Serial Number is located on a TravelSafe label inside the bag.
Once this is complete, your gear is enrolled in the TravelSafe Program.
If your gear is damaged during travel
Make a claim by contacting UPPAbaby within 14 days of your return and provide all of the following:
1. Registration information: Name, Address, Serial Numbers of both gear and Travel Bag
2. Image of damage to gear
3. Proof of travel with departure and return dates. Accepted documents include a boarding pass, baggage ticket, or flight confirmation.
Regulations
Your UPPAbaby Travel Bag must be registered prior to your trip departure date.
Program benefits are contingent upon your gear being under its original warranty.
UPPAbaby cannot replace gear if lost by the airline.
If you fail to register your gear, a proof of purchase must be provided in order to make a claim.
Features
Baby Train aims where possible to deliver Australia wide. Baby Train endeavours to ensure all goods will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days. Time frame will vary according to the delivery location and availability of goods. In the event of an item being out of stock you will be directly contacted by us.
Shipping is calculated based on the items purchased and delivery location. Bulky items such as cots, some prams and car seats will be charged based on dimensions and weight. Oversized items will have freight quoted separately.
Those items purchased from Baby Train are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Baby Train will make all reasonable endeavors to deliver your goods through our common carrier. However customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign. Baby Train shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons.
If you receive the wrong item (we are only human) we will sent you out the correct item. We do not accept returns or refunds on promotional items or free shipping items.
If the delivery address is unattended at the time the goods arrive - the goods will not be left at the premises unless an 'authority to leave' or 'safe drop' has been arranged between the customer and Australia Post.
Australia Post, any courier company and Baby Train are not responsible for any theft or damage that may occur. Any costs associated for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery and no 'authority to leave' is present. At this stage Baby Train does not deliver internationally.
All items shipped by Baby Train are covered by usual Manufacturer's Warranties. However, to make a warranty claim, the buyer must return the item back to Baby Train at their own expense.
We encourage all customers to choose wisely when making a purchase as Baby Train does not offer refunds on change of mind items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Baby Train will endeavour but not guarantee to offer an exchange or credit facility (this excludes sale and clearance items). Goods must be unused in original packaging with proof of purchase provided when seeking a credit note or exchange. All warranty claims must be assessed by the manufacturer prior to any refund, exchange or credit being raised. All items sold by Baby Train are covered by usual Manufacturer's warranty. To make a warranty claim, the buyer must return the item to be assessed back to Baby Train at their own expense.
Refunds and exchanges are available to customers who have purchased a faulty or defective product. In order for a refund or credit note to be processed, original proof of purchase must be provided when returning the goods to your local store for warranty assessment.

Incorrect assembly or the installation of third party parts or accessories not compatible with the original design

Customers returning items via post will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. When returning any item via mail for warranty assessment, picture proof and tracking is required. After Baby Train receive the parcel and warranty issue is approved, we will refund, exchange or credit note your purchase.
Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and are cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
