The illuminated branches contain 150 high-powered LEDs, which are very energy efficient and emit a bright warm light. Designed with 4 different lighting effects; continuous lighting, twinkling, crossfade and slowly glowing mode, the lights will beautifully light up in your preferred pattern. It will be a real eye-catcher, especially in the evening. In the house, the tree will also serve as an ambient light source. The branches can be arranged in any shape. This Christmas tree can be used every year, making it a very economical choice compared to a real tree. It also has a steel base for stability.
Delivery includes one Christmas tree, one tree topper, twenty 4 cm baubles, twenty 6 cm baubles, twelve pine cones and one adapter. Assembly is easy.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
