Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

This product is a little uneven so it wobbles slightly but it looks so good, we overlooked that. It is a really nice looking patio park chair and it looks wonderful out the front of our house.

Very useful foldaway bench

This seat is wonderful. I love that it is so light but strong, can easily be lifted to re-position and put out of the way for lawn mowing. It looks fabulous. I would even think of getting another one. However putting it together was a challenge. The tiny diagram instructions were not clear and I was only able to get half way though before having to pay $50 for a handyman to do it.
