The Reserve Red Wine aerator features patented technology and an ultra-premium look. When aerating your wine, listen for the sound - this sound is unique to all Vinturi aerators, and lets you know that you have an authentic Vinturi aerator, not some copycat imitation product. Upon opening the premium, full-color box, the Vinturi Reserve Red Wine aerator and German-made glass carafe present themselves. The Vinturi Reserve Red Wine aerator is made of molded clear acrylic and comes complete with a matching premium no-drip stand for properly displaying the aerator and keeping wine off surfaces when not in use. A must have for entertaining, the Vinturi Reserve Red Wine aerator is perfect paired with the included glass carafe for quickly aerating an entire bottle of wine, or on its own to aerate one glass at a time.
How it works: To quickly aerate a full 750ml bottle of wine, simply place the transitional collar on top of the glass carafe and then place the Vinturi Reserve Red Wine aerator on top. Slowly pour your wine into the Reserve aerator, and watch it flow through and down into the carafe. When wine is poured into the Vinturi Reserve aerator, its internal, patented design creates an increase in the wine’s velocity while simultaneously decreasing its pressure. This difference in pressure draws in the proper amount of air, which mixes with the wine for the right amount of time, and delivers a better bouquet, enhanced flavors, and a smoother finish - the absolute perfect aeration. It’s that easy. To quickly aerate a single glass of red wine, simply place a glass under the Vinturi Reserve aerator and pour wine through.

We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind
Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for further instructions.
Shipping / Postage
You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
