The Wandrd Neck Strap is a simple yet dialled solution for smaller point and shoot style cameras. With two lightning-quick adjusters, you can rapidly switch between carrying modes so your camera is comfortably in tow. The high-quality custom hardware was designed to easily attach to any camera and is an anchor-less system, meaning you'll never have to leave any hardware behind. The recycled “soft touch” nylon, built-in flathead tool, and non-slip silicone print all ensure the strap is nothing but a pleasure to use.

Shipping Details

All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).

- We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Once dispatched, delivery of your order may take between 1-10 business days to arrive at your designated address.

If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.

All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.

However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.

Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
