- Please be sure to protect the handle, the handle is a precise device!
- Do not idle the handle, load the drill bit;
- Non-original parts are strictly prohibited;
- Don't bump hard especially the grip, don't drop to the ground directly;
- Please keep the use environment dry, bearing is prohibited to oil and water;
- Use goggles to prevent dust from spraying into your eyes;
- The drill bit will wear out gradually. Please remove the old drill bit and replace it.
- Be sure to turn off the power when not in use for safety.

Kind Reminder:
- Due to the different monitor and light effect, the actual colour of the item might be slightly different from the colour showed on the pictures.
- There is 1-3mm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.
- The default Voltage is 220v, Pls DO NOT connect with different Voltage

Warranty:
The warranty period for bathroom products is 5 years, while the rest of the other products are 1 year upon delivery receipt.

30-Day Return Policy
You may return the unwanted product to Mac Ecommerce Pty Ltd ,for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds for unwanted products are not available.

To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below: Contact Us with your MyDeal Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

if the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
