The USS "Wahoo" (SS-238) is a Gato submarine serving in the US Navy, which distinguished itself in the fighting in the Pacific during World War II. Historical sources say that the ship sent as many as 20 Japanese ships to the bottom. It was 95.02 meters long and 8.31 meters wide and it's crew consisted of 80 officers and seamen. The ship was sunk on October 11, 1943, its wreck was found only on October 31, 2006. Due to its great efficiency and bravery, it was given the nickname "One-sub Wolf Pack".
