The Yaxell Super Gou Ypsilon 20cm Chef's Knife features a SG2 powdered stainless steel core clad in several layers of stainless steel, making this 193-layer premium knife exceptionally hard and sharp.This is an all-purpose knife crafted using traditional Japanese sword-making techniques and has a rating of 63 on the Rockwell hardness scale which means it will stay sharper for longer. With a curved blade enabling effortless chopping, and a beautiful Damascus pattern, this versatile knife offers a bespoke cutting experience ardent cooks will be hard-pressed to find elsewhere.
