Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy and a 90-day part/replacement warranty.
Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in their original factory condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by Yescom and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, restocking fee ($19 per order), insurance and returning the item in "new" condition. Used items will not be accepted for return. We will replace the returning item with an identical item or a full refund.

Not a bad little unit. It looks good and cools a small space quite well.

So far no problems with everything working correctly and it looks attractively stylish. Roller wheels a bit hard to press in but try different combinations and they eventually fit. As with all evaporative conditioners, the unit doesn't really shine until you add some ice bricks. Buy extra ice bricks so you've always got some coldies to swap over and the Yescom unit is a reasonably cheap way to beat the summer heat.
