Shipping Details

We deliver out product Australia wide with FREE SHIPPING no matter how many products you order. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of payment unless for exceptional circumstances. Delivery usually takes 5-10 working days depending on the location.Please keep an eye on the tracking information we send. We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries (along with Couriers Please, Aramex, Allied Express) and they offer a door-to-door service, however in recent times contactless delivery is also accepted. If you can’t be available to accept your delivery, you may contact the courier directly to provide them with an “Authority to Leave” the parcel unattended. PLEASE note: Some items can ship from our second warehouse (mainly the made in Australia range) so your delivery may be split but we will advise you of this once the items are shipped.

 

Dec update: We are operating as usual over the Christmas Holidays, we will only be shut during the public holidays.

We offer a 30 day change of mind return for unused (repacked to how they arrived in the retail packaging or unopened items. They need to be repackaged and contact us to make the arrangements. We can provide a return label at a fixed cost (no other costs associated with returns). You can also use your own label as long as you use a tracked service. We can also do an exchange with the exact same process as a return but instead of a refund you will get the replacement sent.
