  • WARRANTY:
    • After the DOA period has expired, a further warranty period may apply.
    • Most Always Direct products come with a 3 month warranty unless specified otherwise on the individual product description.
    • If a fault should arise within the warranty period, a replacement will be issued. If the item is no longer available then a full refund will be given.
    • Many products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty in the event of a defect.

  • I was very happy with my purchase unfortunately it was broken when I opened the box. I did get in contact and asked for a discount as it was broken and was given a $50.00 refund. I didn’t want the hassle of packing in back up and sending it back and waiting for a new one. My husband fixed it as best he could, you can see where it was broken if you point it out but over all I am very happy with the product and would have given it 5 stars if it didn’t arrive broken. I would recommend this product
