Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

not being fit for purpose.

commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)

Purchased for the grand kids; it arrived post hast in a flat round storage bag. I was amazed how these things go to gather so easily. The tunnel just popped out and set its self up. )ice I unfolded the dome tent it was clear what the fibreglass poles needed to do. They are linked with an elastic cord down the centre. Hay presto the whole thing was set up in 6 minutes flat. of course, you guessed: the grand kids were straight into it and demanded to sleep in it that night. I guess you its a Smash hit with every one !
