The smart LED headlights will auto-detect the ambient light setting and will turn on when it is cloudy and turn off when it is sunny. The LED headlights can also be manually set to off.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For returns due to change of mind, the cost of the freight to return the item shall be paid by the customer.
To start a return, please send the receipt or proof of purchase HERE. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping cost for a refund due to change of mind will be deducted from the original amount (Refund amount = Original purchase price less shipping cost).

Damages and issues

Refunds

Enjoying every trip, goes really well on the flat and downhill but I suggest walking it up hills steeper then 20%. Well by doing that u save the battery from draining away. The app is well thought of, easy to log into the scooters Bluetooth. Highly recommend this scooter and the price is very decent. It's light for a scooter and battery charges faster then other brands and don't get too hot. The screen is typical of a scooter screen shows every detail and all that. Thank u mydeal!!

We think that these scooters are great value for the money and having the app with cruise control and having total control of braking makes it easy to ride we put rubber on running board to make it easy on legs but I am 70yrs old and sit on 30 km ahour thanks Victor lynch
