We are very happy with this product. We are bar and grill owners and My husband uses one side for his fish fry. they are the right size and you don't waste the oil . he cleans once a week..I would invest again if and when i need to.

I bought this fryer because I was hosting a lunch for 12 people and serving home made 'American diner' food. I couldn't figure out how I could do enough fries for everyone in the oven (would have been impossible), so I purchased the Advwin fryer. It's a brilliant little gadget! Cooks more than enough fries for 6 people in about 7 minutes, so was very easy to serve everyone that day without food going cold. It's extremely quick to heat up and (once you've figured out the weird pictorial instructions!) incredibly easy to use. I have subsequently cooked quite a few dishes in it, it does great tempura and Japanese fried chicken! I haven't cleaned it yet because I haven't had to, but I can't imagine it will be particularly difficult. For someone who absolutely hates deep frying because of the mess it makes, this fryer is just perfect. Absolutely no mess and any oil smell goes quickly. If you shy away from making your favourite dishes at home because of the mess, grab one of these little guys - it'll add a whole new dimension to your home cooking!

The 5L deep fryer at home was no longer enough for our needs, so I bought this 10L one. In a way, this fryer is great, and I've used it for French fries, fish, and chicken. And I can put it in the dishwasher, which is the best!
