1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods

We are delighted with our Massage/Recliner Chair. It's comfortable and does everything that the ad said it would do.It also looks very attractive and fits into any decor. Our Occupational Therapist thought it was the 'bargain of the century' compared to other recliner/massage chairs for therapeutic support.
