Amazing deal with MyDeal as I got the knife set for nealy $200 cheaper than anywhere else ($105 including delivery). The set comes packaged in a very sturdy box with all the knives wrapped individually with a plastic shealth on the tip to prevent damage during transport. The knives are one piece in design and look very moch like the more expensive Global brand. The weight of the knives aren't too bad although a slightly heavier weight would have felt better. The block comes in Black, White and light blue and stores the knives at a nice angle to allow easy retrieval of each knife. Overall, very happy with the purchase and even happier with the price as all the major kitchen stores are selling them from $299. I guess it's the light blue and the white that aren't popular hence the reduction in the price. If you're not worried about the block and intend to place the knives on a magnetic rack, then any colour block will do.
