The Balgownie Estate Premium Cuvee Sparkling Brut is a skillfully crafted combination of Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Yarra Valley and Bendigo vineyards. After careful hand-harvesting at the perfect ripeness, the berries were quickly taken to the winery to be expertly processed. With 30% of the wine undergoing extensive lees contact, it shows a precise balance of fruit and acidity and a delightful complexity in its flavor profile, due in part to partial fermentation in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.

Featuring bright and elevated scents of pears, citrus, and fresh apples, complemented by notes of guava, passion fruit, and a subtle toasty brioche undertone. This bubbly boasts a refined, delicate effervescence and a clean, sophisticated finish. While cellaring is not required, this sparkling will only improve with time and can be enjoyed for up to a year.
