The Australian Consumer Law has introduced new requirements in respect of warranties against defects for goods supplied on and from 1 January 2012.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Naturally, any item to be used by a child requires careful adult selection and use should be under adult supervision. Items must only be used by children of an appropriate age. A photographic image may be required to support your warranty claim. In the instance The Bicycle Depot deems the product to have been misused your warranty claim may not be honoured. Warranty spare part requests can take approximately 1 weeks. Some spare parts might need to be sourced directly from our supplier so longer lead times may apply in which instance you will be notified
