Delivering instant boiling & chilled filtered water, with the added sparkling filtered water feature. All options are conveniently available through the one stylish dispenser.
The XL Levered dispenser is streamlined and elegant. It is simply operated with position-sensitive levers.
This Billi tap provides your home with boiling, chilled, and sparkling filtered water at the flick of a lever, at any time of the day. With a high saturation of CO2 gas in your sparkling water, it will remain bubblier for longer and taste better as a result. You can adjust the fizz in your sparkling, which is helpful if you’re trying to convert dinner guests from the still water life.
You can also adjust the temperature of your chilled water, which can be useful if someone in your household has particularly sensitive teeth. Your chilled and sparkling water will pass through the unit’s Ice Bank to ensure consistency in temperature and a higher level of carbonation.
Billi has partnered with Pentair Everpure to offer the most technologically advanced filtration. You can enjoy healthy, pure water that’s free of sediment and chemicals, with a higher flow rate and a lower pressure drop.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM ONLY.
Delivery Process: Delivery is to the door only. Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist the driver in unloading. Driver will not carry large items up or down stairs. Goods may be left without a signature if authorized.
Missed Deliveries: If not at home during delivery, a note with courier details will be left. Contact the freight company for collection or re-delivery. Additional surcharge for re-delivery.
Delivery times: Metro & Outer Areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-9 business days. Regional areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-12 business. Note: Remote & Rural deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
Out of Stock Products: We maintain a wide range of stock in multiple warehouses. If we can't fulfill your order within the promised time, we'll contact you within 24-48 hours with an updated ETA and recommend an alternative.
All Special ordered items are Non-Refundable (ie. Custom vanity cabinets or special finishes), Large Items such as Baths, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances. No refund applies if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere, the goods are no longer in saleable condition or goods have been installed or attempted to be installed.
If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify Brands Direct Online within 24 hours of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement. We cannot accept damage claims after the 24 hour period. All products damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of Brands Direct Online.

As third party courier companies Brands Direct Online are unable to control delivery days and times. The courier is unable to ring prior or during delivery. If delivery is to a residential address please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods. If this is not possible we recommend using an alternate delivery address (ie. Work address) If you’re not home at time of delivery you will be charged a re-delivery fee. It is a condition of delivery that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large or heavy items such as baths, vanities, appliances etc. Products listed may not necessarily be in stock and immediately available. We loved our first Billi so much that we didn't hesitate to replace (and upgrade to the sparkling) when it died after 8 years of constant use. I love the convenience. No need for water bottles to be refrigerated the night before, just fill up on the go. On saying that, it's a very expensive kettle and fridge substitute. Still getting the sparkling set up - it takes a few days. Not sure what I was expecting, but it's not quite like Soda Stream so not sure if this is good or bad.
