The multi-stage filter from BWT makes tap water enjoyable.
This innovative, high-performance filter cleans the water from the pipeline several times, removing tiny particles that affect the taste. The integrated activated carbon filter reduces the chlorine content and gives the water an even better taste. The high-performance ion exchanger reduces the heavy metal content that contaminates your drinking water. And last but not least, it reduces the water hardness considerably. This leads to less limescale deposits in coffee machines, kettles and other kitchen appliances, which can extend their lifespan. Lime flakes will no longer spoil your morning tea or coffee. The filter also reduces organic substances and disturbing odors or aromas.

The multi-stage filter optimizes the drinking water. It removes particles, chlorine and certain organic components from the water. It also offers perfect protection against limescale deposits and corrosion and is perfectly suited for BLANCO hot water and filter systems.

The system is ideally suited or replaces filter systems from Grohe Blue, Brita, Carbonit, Alvito etc.

Recommendation for use:

The filter may only be operated with cold water that meets the legal requirements for drinking water quality and should be changed after 12 months at the latest. The installation must be vertical.

Shipping Details

Delivery Locations: We deliver to all Australian Capital Cities and Major Regional Centres. A surcharge may apply for WA, NT, TAS & some Remote and Regional Areas. Contact us before purchase for delivery cost confirmation.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM ONLY.
Delivery Process: Delivery is to the door only. Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist the driver in unloading. Driver will not carry large items up or down stairs. Goods may be left without a signature if authorized.
Missed Deliveries: If not at home during delivery, a note with courier details will be left. Contact the freight company for collection or re-delivery. Additional surcharge for re-delivery.
Delivery times: Metro & Outer Areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-9 business days. Regional areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-12 business. Note: Remote & Rural deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
Out of Stock Products: We maintain a wide range of stock in multiple warehouses. If we can't fulfill your order within the promised time, we'll contact you within 24-48 hours with an updated ETA and recommend an alternative.

Returns (Change of mind):

Brands Direct Online will offer refund/ exchange within 30 days if the customer is not happy with the item. Proof of purchase is required and all Returns will incur a 20% Surcharge and return items back to BDO will be at the customers expense.

All Special ordered items are Non-Refundable (ie. Custom vanity cabinets or special finishes), Large Items such as Baths, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances. No refund applies if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere, the goods are no longer in saleable condition or goods have been installed or attempted to be installed.

In transit Damages or Missing Goods:

If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify Brands Direct Online within 24 hours of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement. We cannot accept damage claims after the 24 hour period. All products damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of Brands Direct Online.
