Very fresh and aromatic with delicate aromas of citrus and stone fruits overlaid by notes of freshly mown grass. A burst of citrus and tropical fruits is matched by thrilling mineral acidity softened by a generous mouthfeel.

Bleeding Heart Wine was born from a shared passion in the wines and vineyards of South Australia. The ancient soils and moderate climate create rich and full bodied wines that are incredibly satisfying. Few that experience the lifestyle of food and wine or the beautiful landscape could argue that it is not better a bleeding heart than none at all.

Great match with grilled fish, especially oily fish such as sardines and mackerel. They also go well with fried fish like goujons, whitebait and fish and chips and with simply grilled chicken or lamb (without a powerful marinade).
