Notice:
1. Concentrated bubble solution need to add and mix with water: 1:6 ratio or 1:9 ratio.
2. Bubble pipe should not be inserted too deep in the bottle water to prevent pipe blocked.
3. CHOCKING HAZARD-Small parts, not for children under 3-years.
4. After use, residual bubble liquid can be wiped with a rag.
5. Clean the spray head after using 2-3 times in order not to bubble water reflux.
6. Do not mix different battery types in usage.
7. Remove batteries and bubble water bottle when not in use.
8. Due to the different monitor and light effect, the actual colour of the item might be slightly different from the colour showed on the pictures.
9. There is 1-3mm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.
This item comes with a warranty for cartridge and a free replacement warranty on the installation parts (such as cartridges screws nuts etc). The warranty period for bathroom products is 5 years, while the rest of the other products are 1 year upon delivery receipt.
To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:
Contact Us with your order number, provide photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
If there is a problem with the item, Please contact us of receiving the goods. If you do not contact us in time, you will bear the consequences of damage to the goods.
If the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
If there is a problem of the product,we will provide prepaid label to customer, customer may choose refund or a replacement.
If there is no problem with the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), the customer needs to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.
Change of mind return is acceptable within 30 days upon delivery receipt.
Items that are not installed by a licensed plumber(or licensed electrician) will not be warranted.
We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.
If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed.
