Bluelab Combo Meter
It's all you need for simple and reliable crop management. The Bluelab Combo Meter is a portable pH, conductivity and temperature meter all in one. If you are experiencing problems with yellow leaves, or slow stunted growth, the Bluelab Combo Meter will soon tell you if each parameter is within the plants requirements. Adjustments can be quickly made to get your crop back on track. The Bluelab Combo Meter has two probes, a Bluelab pH Probe and a Bluelab Conductivity/Temperature Probe. When taking a reading, simply place them into the solution and the selected reading is displayed on screen. As the Bluelab Combo Meter is portable and does not require a power supply to operate, it can be used anywhere, anytime to help you manage your crops' daily nutrient requirements. Calibration of the pH probe is simple as instructions are supplied on the back of the meter and the easy push button method makes this one of the simplest meters to use. The pH probe is replaceable so you can use this meter for years to come. The Conductivity/temperature probe does not require calibration as this is locked in during manufacture. Ph testers and Ph probes are sensitive scientific equipment. They will require extra care and maintenance from the user (you) to ensure accurate readings, measurements and valid warranties.
Ph testers (without replaceable probes) and Ph probes are electrical sensors and considered a consumable item. You should aim to be replacing these over time as you do media, nutrients, etc. Probes and Pens (without replaceable probes) only have a 6-month warranty from date of purchase and will not be honored without receipt of purchase.
Probes and Pens with proper care can last for years, but as it is a live charge in the electrode it can be finished from 6 months. More so, if correct care procedures have not been maintained. Hydroponic nutrients in particular degrade Ph probes much faster than other disciplines.
Probes must always be re hydrated before use in storage solution, available for purchase in store

Shipped with ATL - authority to leave using our choice of post or courier. Please specify a safe place to leave the delivery at your address during checkout. Courier delivery: We use Startrack and Couriers Please. All Parcels are marked authority to leave unless of high value or requested signature on delivery In the case that your location is not serviced by these couriers, we will use another service (including Australia Post) that delivers to your location. In some cases, including small towns, the delivery will go to their nearest depot or a designated collection point in the closest town. Note: You must supply a street address for courier delivery. We will request your street address (and any additional shipping cost) if a PO Box is provided with the courier delivery option. Australia Post delivery: All Parcels are marked authority to leave unless of high value or requested signature on delivery Parcels may require signature on delivery if requested or if high value(or at pickup if delivery is missed). Deliveries to PO boxes require Australia Post shipping. Australia Post shipping is available for items up to 100cm long. We may request your approval to change the shipping method if the item does not meet Australia Post shipping requirements. Same day shipping: All stocked items purchased in the online store before 1pm EST on weekdays are sent on the same day. In rare cases, couriers do not make their set pickup time and dispatch may be delayed until the following day. Damage to products during shipping: In the case you have received your goods damaged you must take photos of the damaged item and damaged box/wrapper and contact us immediately; Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
All bottles are sold brand new from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated and all smaller bottles are taped up before leaving the store to reduce the chance of leaking while in transit.
Please check your order for damage that may have occurred in shipping. In the event of a genuine claim of damaged goods, please contact us with details and photos as evidence including the packaging and any signs of leakage, damage or tampering. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving so we can raise claim with carriers.

Lamps & Globes are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty on rest of the products:
1 Year by Australian consumer guarantee unless specified manufacturer warranty is longer.
Defective returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:
If an item fails within the first 14 days of receipt, please email/call us. We will determine if the item needs to be returned, if so we will organise freight back or reimburse customer for return postage Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacing. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received damaged, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty.

Exchanging an item for a different item:
If you wish to exchange an item for another item, it must be returned to us in new, unused condition within 14 days or receipt. Once we receive the item, the exchange item will be shipped out to you. Any additional fees and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
New product returns:
New product returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt and at our discrection.
The following items can not be returned as a change of mind purchase.
To return an item as new, please call or email us. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected we will issue you a refund, minus shipping fees and minus a 15% restocking fee.
