How to use:
About Download: Connect your player to your computer; put the games you downloaded to the device folder "Game".
About Memory: It is built 8G, and you will find it is less than 8GB please note that SYSTEM and GAMES already use some of the memory.
About TV-out: You need to buy a 3.5mm AV cable to connect to TV, and then go to setting Choose TV out
About Charging and connection: Please use adapter 1A-2A to make a charge for the player, and make sure the USB port and connection port is connecting well with the player.

Damaged item received and Product issues
We make it simple and easy, if there is any problem with your product, all that is required are photos or a short video demonstrating the product fault and once we confirm the issue, we will replace the item or refund the amount to your original method of payment. That simple!
We provide warranty from 6 months to 1 Year dependent on the product.
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as soon as possible.
Change of mind for the item
