This is an adapter only. Console and controllers not included.

Connecting to the Device

Step.1
Insert Wingman NS into the Switch console USB port. Slow blinking of the Blue LED indicates that the connection to the console is successful.

Step.2
Wired Connection:

Connect the Xbox 360 / Xbox One / Xbox One Elite2 / PS3 / PS4 / Switch Pro wired controller or game pad to Wingman NS through the USB port.

Using a X360 wireless controller:

Simply connect the wireless X360 wireless receiver to the Wingman NS through the USB port.

Using Xbox One wireless controller / Xbox One Elite Series 2 controller:

Connect the Xbox One wireless controller (Bluetooth model) or the Xbox One Elite Series 2 to the Wingman NS and the controller will be ready for use. When connecting, hold the LED buttons at the two sides of the Wingman NS for 1 second to enter wireless connection mode. Then press the Pair button on the wireless controller to begin pairing. Fast blinking of Blue LED indicates that pairing is in progress.
If Xbox One Elite Series 2 controller is used, please turn off controller profile settings to prevent interference with Wingman NS's Turbo or Remap settings. As Xbox One Elite Series 1 controller is incapable of turning off profile settings, when using with Wingman NS, please make sure that the controller buttons are configured to the factory default settings to ensure correct operation of the Turbo/Remap settings.

Using PS3 / PS4 / Switch Pro wireless controller:

After completing the connection according to the instructions of the Wired Connection, remove the USB cable, and then wake up the PS3 / PS4 / Switch Pro wireless controller.

Step.3
Check whether the two Blue LEDs at the sides of the Wingman NS are permanently on. This indicates that the connection is completed.

Change of Mind Return Policy

If for any reason you have changed your mind and wanted to replace or return the product. Returned products must be returned in accordance Gamory policy.

The product should be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories (especially the SD Card if provided with the unit originally) and in re-saleable condition, otherwise extra charges may incur.

Product must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.

You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provided to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff.

Applicable freight fees and original shipping charge (to cover the Postage and handling cost, admin cost) will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. We have 30 days money back guaranteed.

After receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Change of Mind Policy without notice.

Installation & Fees

We are not responsible for the installation/reinstallation of this item and will not refund any installation/reinstallation fee paid for the item to be installed/reinstalled even if the unit is or has become faulty, despite our efforts to avoid fault. (Hence, at your request, and at no charge to you, we can test your item prior to shipment to ensure it is working. Please note that this will involve opening or cutting the manufacturer's sealed packaging, and will delay shipment of your item by 24 hours.)

Please note that items are not tested prior to sending unless requested by you. Despite our efforts to ensure the manufacturer produces products of a consistently high standard, faults can sometimes occur.

Prior to installing/reinstalling the units, we strongly advise you bench-test the unit first or to test the unit before completely install it into the vehicle to ensure the unit is working as expected as to avoid wasting any time or money.

If the whole or any part of a provision of this agreement is void, unenforceable or illegal in a jurisdiction it is severed for that jurisdiction. The remainder of this agreement has full force and effect and the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction is not affected. This clause has no effect if the severance alters the basic nature of this agreement or is contrary to public policy.

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
