Cyan, Photo Cyan, Magenta, Photo Magenta, Yellow are the colour pigment inks incorporated into the new Canon CLi42 ChromaLife100+ Monochrome Pigment Ink System that helps increase the colour gamut in all directions to improve the saturation of colours and create deeper and darker blacks. Skin-tone reproduction has been improved to provide a more natural look, eliminating the magenta cast often found when printing portraits. This system allows the professional photographer to achieve new levels of skin tone reproduction, accuracy and quality, so your prints exhibit stunning detail. It also assists in reproducing the vibrant colors of life captured by Canon's well respected EOS Digital SLR cameras.
The Canon ChromaLife100+ Dye Ink System expands the color gamut with improved color reproduction of darker colors. The three Monochrome inks consist of Photo Black, Gray, and Light Gray. As part of the Ink System, the three monochrome inks also allow you to reproduce smooth, delicate, and natural tonal gradations in grayscale and color imagery accordingly from highlights to shadows.
Canon Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering(FINE) features a patented print head that enables printing with microscopic droplets and high resolution up to 4800 x 2400 dpi*
All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).
- We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Once dispatched, delivery of your order may take between 1-10 business days to arrive at your designated address.
If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.
However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known it was unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
