Chai Dreams Sweet Edition

A worthy third entry on our journey to expand our popular 'Chai Dreams' range, we present you with Chai Dreams "Sweet Edition".

Generous helpings of Cinnamon, Star Anise, Orange Peel, cut Cinnamon and a quality sweet black tea base that is the star of the show. Hints of spice merge with a distinct sweet flavour that is unlike no other Chai blend you've tried before! 

½ mug boiling water per person to pot, about 140ml.
15g of chai per person.
Low simmer for 5 mins or so, boiling too fast is said to spoil taste.
Normally 140 ml milk is used and added.
Increase heat until can see steam.
Strain and add honey for taste.
